Got rights? Get Savvy!
SavvyData goes to great lengths to protect your personal information. We understand that this is especially important when there is an exchange of credit card, billing, and password information. We limit access of personal information to only those employees who need it to carry out their jobs, and we secure all electronic conduits involved in the transfer of this information. Data is securely disposed of when no longer needed.
SavvyData will never ask you for your name or registration code in an unsolicited email or phone call. You will only be asked for this information when you initiate the contact, and if that information is needed to complete your request. You may also be asked for a phone number where you can be reached for follow-up of an issue.
Contacting SavvyData automatically adds you to our customer email list, unless you request otherwise. At any time, you have the option to remove yourself from this list, by emailing remove(at)SavvyData(dot)com from the email address you wish removed.
Please note that because our company is particularly sensitive to protecting information about children on the Internet, children under 13 are not eligible to be members of the SavvyData Forums.
